It's Flock Party Time - Join Us on Friday, June 7!
We are thrilled to invite you to join us at the second annual Flock Party 2019 on Friday, June 7. This free, family-friendly block party in downtown Rockland will raise awareness and funding for KCHC’s life-saving programs supporting homeless families and at-risk youth in our community. We hope you will join us to celebrate our caring and collaborative community on Oak Street in Rockland on June 7 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Should the rain decide to make an appearance, no worries! The lot between Oak and Orient streets will be tented to ensure that all can enjoy the party come rain or shine. There is no gate charge for the event, making Flock Party 2019 open and available for all to enjoy!
Café Miranda’s signature wood-fired pizza has been generously donated by Chef Kerry Altiero and will be available for purchase. Face painting will be available at our children’s booth; and a free concert featuring the always entertaining Nikki Hunt Band is sure to get everyone dancing! Wine and beer will also be available for purchase. All proceeds from food and beverage sales will be donated to KCHC.
Special thanks to Hannaford Supermarkets as the $10,000 Charity Sponsor, to Chef Kerry Altiero, owner of Cafe Miranda, and to Down East Magazine - national magazine Media Sponsor of the event. Many thanks to the Nikki Hunt Band and the corporate sponsors listed below for making this event possible!
If you also wish to support homeless families and at-risk youth in our community, DONATE HERE to make a secure online donation via the Knox County Homeless Coalition website or send a check payable to KCHC to PO Box 1696, Rockland, ME 04841.
