This could include: 

• Diversion and housing problem solving support

• Resources to support basic human needs 

• Referrals for physical/mental health care

• Shelter referrals

• Case management referrals 

• Collaboration with local McKinney-Vento liaisons (provides support for students experiencing homelessness)

• Connection to other local services when appropriate
