In-Kind Donations

Thank you for your interest in donating new or like-new items to help community members in need. Our small but mighty team is only able to accept donations by appointment. please email us at donations@homeworthy.org to send us a donation inquiry or call Rockport/Hospitality House: (207) 593-8151. Currently, we are only accepting specific requested items for our Homeworthy clients. The Landing Place, our youth program and drop-in center, accepts a wider range of items for their Youth Free Store. We are also accepting specific donations for our Urgent Needs clients. You can see both lists below.

Urgent Needs

Currently, we are looking for 2-person or 4-person tents, tarps, sleeping bags, and sleeping pads. If you’re able to donate new items, check out our Amazon Wish List that ships directly to our campus.

Household products & cleaning supplies:

  • Dish soap, hand soap, sponges, wash cloths, dish towels, cleaning wipes

  • Windex, Lysol spray, all-purpose cleaner 

  • Broom & dustpan, bucket & mop, vacuum, trash bags 

  • Kitchen and bathroom supplies 

  • Paper towels, toilet paper, tissues 

Clothing:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to our limited storage and staffing capacity, The  Landing Place is only able to receive clothing donations for teenagers &  young adults between the ages of 11 and 21 of ALL sizes that are either NEW or lightly used and recently cleaned. 

  • Sweat Pants, Joggers, Leggings 

  • Hoodies & Flannels

  • Sneakers & Boots 

  • Puffer Jackets, Rain Jackets, Fleece Jackets, and Ponchos

NEW Hygiene products:

  • Body Wash/Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Deodorant

  • Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, and Dental Floss 

  • Shaving Cream & Razors 

  • Tampons & Pads
